    With €12.5 million Series A, Rail-Flow joins Germany’s expanding RailTech investment wave

    Rail-Flow, a Frankfurt-based transport administration platform for rail freight and intermodal logistics, has closed a €12.5 million Sequence A funding spherical in an effort to advance its AI-driven platform and develop internationally.

    The spherical was led by Trill Affect and Bonsai Companions, with participation from Climentum Capital together with a number of enterprise angels in addition to the prevailing VC buyers Rethink Ventures and Futury Capital.

    In 2025, European rail-technology funding has included a number of Germany-based firms alongside Rail-Circulation.

    Menlo79 secured €2.1 million to additional develop its cloud platform for workforce planning throughout rail and logistics operators, whereas Futurail raised €7.5 million to advance its autonomous-train know-how stack.

    Collectively, these two rounds whole roughly €9.6 million, and when mixed with Rail-Circulation’s €12.5 million Sequence A, they illustrate a gradual circulate of capital into rail-sector digitalisation and automation in 2025.
