    Neurodivergent social networking app Wable nabs $1.5 million for global ambitions

    Wable, a social networking app for neurodivergent folks, impressed by the ABC TV sequence Love on the Spectrum, has raised $1.5 million to broaden within the US and UK.

    The app’s Toolbox, options counsellor-led video sources on relationship and social abilities, and entry to group sources like a neuro-inclusive jobs board and a listing of protected, sensory-friendly venues.

    Fowler mentioned the app is designed to make on-line relationship-building simpler and safer for neurodivergent folks.

    “The neurodivergent group experiences larger charges of loneliness and unemployment, and has been neglected by conventional social and relationship apps for a lot too lengthy,” she mentioned.

    “This funding means we will scale quicker, convey Wable to extra folks globally, and proceed constructing a platform that understands and celebrates the best way our group connects.”

    Fowler has additionally signed on Aesha Scott from Under Deck, I’m a Superstar…Get Me Out of Right here!, and The Superb Race, as a celeb ambassador.

    Taurus Capital’s Paul Sharbanee mentioned Wable is tackling a big hole out there.
