    Arizona Department of Gaming issues cease-and-desist letters to four operators

    The Arizona Division of Gaming (ADG) has issued cease-and-desist orders to 4 unlicensed and unregulated playing operators who, they are saying, are focusing on native residents.

    Based on a latest news release, the ADG believes the operators are providing entry to unlawful on-line playing platforms, together with ‘sweepstakes’ casino-style fashions and occasion wagering sports activities e-book betting choices.

    The cease-and-desist notices have been issued to Fliff On-line Playing, Thrillzz Cellular Playing, BettySweeps On line casino, and Pulsz On line casino.

    “The lively operations of those corporations and on-line web sites in Arizona are alleged to be felony prison enterprises, and every operator has been directed to desist from any future unlawful playing operations or actions of any kind in Arizona,” the ADG says within the replace.

    The operators have been directed to instantly stop all on-line or different playing operations and actions in Arizona and take the mandatory steps to stop and exclude Arizona residents and guests from playing on their web sites.

    “This newest motion underscores the Division’s dedication to defending the general public and upholding Arizona’s gaming laws,” the regulator says.

    “ADG continues to actively monitor, examine, and take enforcement motion towards entities trying to take advantage of Arizona residents via unauthorized gambling actions, together with potential enforcement actions in partnership with the Arizona Legal professional Basic’s Workplace.”

They are saying that many on-line platforms at present accessible within the state are neither licensed nor regulated, exposing customers to vital dangers like fraud, identification fraud, and monetary loss.

    When the operations fall exterior of the state’s regulatory authority, ADG says it can not help with complaints or disputes involving unregulated or unlawful gaming actions.
