    With SXSW Sydney gone, the S2S Summit returns to MCA in September 2026

    Tank Stream Labs has confirmed its Startup to Scaleup (S2S) Summit will return to Sydney’s Museum of Up to date Artwork in September.

    The fourth version of the S2S Summit comes again to the harbourfront after spending 2025 because the farewell event for the Sydney Startup Hub at Wynyard, which the NSW authorities shut down in August. The 2024 version was additionally held on the MCA.

    The 2026 program will comply with the identical normal form as previous years with keynotes, panels, investor workshops, founder periods and an expo.

    “We’re extremely excited to launch the 2026 Startup to Scaleup Summit,” stated Tank Stream Labs CEO Bradley Delamare.

    “With the lack of SXSW in Sydney, there’s a big hole in these sort of occasions that create significant schooling and networking alternatives.”

    SXSW Sydney pulled its 2026 edition in January after Vacation spot NSW determined to not renew its reported $12 million funding deal.

    The closure landed in a broader run of NSW authorities withdrawals from the startup sector, together with the lack of Techstars Sydney, the closure of the Sydney Startup Hub and earlier cuts to the MVP grant program.

    Tank Stream Labs, based by Delamare in 2012, was acquired by ASX-listed Scalare Partners in a $5.5 million deal in July 2025.

    S2S is now itself an asset inside Scalare’s rising roll-up of founder-services companies alongside Tech Prepared Girls, Inhouse Ventures, Planet Startup and the Australian Applied sciences Competitors.

    Early bird tickets are available from $99, with audio system, sponsors and program particulars to be introduced over coming months.
