    A New Zealand finance and advisory agency based in 2015 to assist startups develop has been acquired by one of many rising Asian stars of the sector.

    Oxygen Advisors is its sixth international acquisition by by Singapore-based Multiplier. The phrases of the deal weren’t disclosed.

    Multiplier is a compliance and payroll platform for distributed groups. It was based by former Stripe exec Noah Pepper, who offered his first firm to Twitter.

    Oxygen, based by Matt Dold, has greater than 50 staff in three international locations. It gives outsourced CFO companies, bookkeeping and monetary operations, tax and compliance, income operations, and R&D grants and tax credit administration and as labored with greater than 300 startups and high-growth corporations, serving to them increase greater than $800 million in capital.
