    PureTerra Ventures, an Amsterdam-based enterprise capital agency backing disruptive WaterTech startups, has launched its second fund with €10 million funding from Make investments-NL, the Dutch nationwide financing and improvement establishment.

    The agency has set a €150 million goal for its second fund and plans to mobilise the capital from public, non-public, and institutional traders.
