    Michigan regulator issues cease-and-desist letters to 12 offshore gambling operators

    A complete of 12 offshore playing operators have acquired cease-and-desist letters from the Michigan Gaming Management Board (MGCB) following investigations carried out by the regulator.

    The MGCB states in an replace that these operators had been “unlawfully providing on-line gaming and sports activities betting to Michigan residents” and say investigations “decided they had been providing unlawful on-line casino-style video games or sports activities betting in violation of state regulation.”
