Stranger Issues caught on like wildfire when the style sequence quietly premiered its first season on Netflix in 2016. What started as an homage to ’80s cinema, with callouts to E.T., Dungeons & Dragons, Goonies and the works of Stephen King, has blossomed right into a layered and sweeping sci-fi journey. This system follows a bunch of children in Hawkins, Indiana, who, after assembly a mysterious woman they title Eleven, uncover a sinister dimension hiding proper underneath their ft. To wit, a long-awaited fifth and closing season of Stranger Issues will premiere in three volumes: three episodes drop tonight, Wednesday, Nov. 26; 4 episodes premiere on Christmas Day, Friday, Dec. 25; and the sequence finale drops on New Yr’s Eve, Wednesday, Dec. 31.
The brand new episodes will premiere at uncommon occasions, in comparison with the earlier seasons’ rollouts. Vol. 1, Vol. 2 and Vol. 3 will all premiere at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.
