The spherical was led by CRV, with participation from Pear VC, Y Combinator, SV Angel, Liquid2, Uncorrelated Ventures, and a community of strategic angels together with Paul Graham, Wealthy Miner, Mark Pincus, Steve Clean, and Mati Staniszewski. This brings SalesPatriot’s whole funding to €5.4 million to this point.

“Our imaginative and prescient is to turn out to be the default system of file for protection procurement – and finally, all crucial provide chains,” says Nelson Ray, CEO of SalesPatriot. “Wars at present are received with logistics and provide chains as a lot as with new platforms. We’re constructing the infrastructure to ensure the West is prepared.”

The funding of SalesPatriot comes amid a notable rise in investor exercise round procurement, provide chain, and defence-related applied sciences throughout Europe in 2025.

For example, Mercanis secured €17.3 million in a Sequence A spherical to advance its AI-driven procurement platform, whereas Nvelop in Finland raised €1.2 million to develop an agentic-AI system for enterprise procurement. Within the UK, Magentic attracted €4.6 million to automate supply-chain operations by autonomous brokers, whereas Germany’s 3D Spark raised €2 million for its manufacturing and procurement SaaS platform. France’s Bonx added €7.3 million to broaden its AI-ERP know-how for manufacturing.

Not like these broader enterprise-focused startups, SalesPatriot’s concentrate on protection and aerospace procurement distinguishes it inside this pattern, notably as the one agency with operations anchored in Poland, a rustic much less represented on this yr’s procurement-tech funding bulletins.

“We constructed SalesPatriot from day one to combine with the messy actuality of protection procurement – combining AI, structured information, unstructured communication, and legacy programs,” says Benjamin Rhodes-Kropf, CTO and Co-founder of SalesPatriot. “Our workflows don’t drive customers to alter how they work – they take away the handbook overhead. That’s why our prospects are already seeing 7x sooner turnaround instances and successful extra Pentagon enterprise.”

Based in 2024 by engineers Nelson Ray, Benjamin Rhodes-Kropf, and Maciej Szymczyk, SalesPatriot was born out of frustration with outdated procurement programs. Ray and Szymczyk each studied on the College of California, Berkeley, whereas Rhodes-Kropf performed AI analysis at MIT earlier than becoming a member of the founding workforce.

Ray skilled the inefficiencies firsthand whereas working at Aurora Protection Group. Rhodes-Kropf introduced deep experience in AI and programs engineering, whereas Szymczyk targeted on scaling groups and tapping into European expertise.

Collectively, they’ve got down to modernise protection provide chains at a time when international safety will depend on pace, resilience, and higher logistics.

SalesPatriot buildings information from authorities portals, ERP programs, spreadsheets, and even unstructured electronic mail communications. Its dynamic workflows automate quote processing and order administration, enabling suppliers to course of orders 7x sooner. That is powering groups servicing Pentagon orders price greater than $200 million yearly.

In simply over a yr since inception, SalesPatriot has secured contracts with main protection components distributors together with Jamaica Bearings Group, AllClear Aerospace, and STATZ Company.

“Poland is stuffed with world-class engineers who’re wanting to work on significant challenges,” says Maciej Szymczyk, Co-founder of SalesPatriot. “With SalesPatriot Home, we’re giving them the chance to construct mission-critical know-how aspect by aspect with our U.S. workforce. That is just the start – we plan to develop our workforce right here considerably and make Poland a key driver of our international enlargement.”

The corporate at the moment employs 10 workforce members throughout engineering and enterprise improvement, with plans to develop to 12-15 by the top of 2025. New hires will concentrate on full-stack improvement and scaling business operations.

Alongside its U.S. operations, SalesPatriot has opened the SalesPatriot Home in Warsaw to faucet into Poland’s engineering expertise and construct a launchpad for worldwide development.

“The flexibility to construct, supply, and produce, effectively and domestically, is what sustains American competitiveness,” says Caitlin Bolnick Rellas, Normal Accomplice at CRV. “SalesPatriot understands that, and so they’re constructing the fashionable procurement engine for the following technology of protection producers. We couldn’t be prouder to be in enterprise with this workforce.”

At SalesPatriot Home, engineers dwell and work alongside the workforce, targeted on two issues: transport world-class code and making prospects blissful. The corporate helps hires with housing and meals, and gives a relocation path to hitch the workforce in San Francisco as SalesPatriot expands globally.

Over the following 12-18 months, SalesPatriot plans to dominate the protection sector, broaden into business aviation, and start coming into European and Asian procurement markets. Lengthy-term, the corporate goals to turn out to be the trusted infrastructure layer for all mission-critical provide chains – from aerospace to power.

“SalesPatriot is what nice expertise appears like in motion: deep drawback perception, a relentless transport tradition, and an obsession with buyer workflows,” says Bartek Pucek, investor in SalesPatriot. “They turned a messy, mission-critical drawback into software program that accelerates actual protection companies. Wars are received with logistics; logistics at present are received with software program.”
